The OL-CT series is an outdoor transparent LED curtain built for building facades and glass exteriors. The grid-style structure lets wind, light, and visibility pass through while displaying bright daylight-readable video. Each cabinet weighs 4.5-7.5 kg — light enough for high-rise installation without heavy steel support.
What is an outdoor transparent curtain LED?
A transparent curtain LED (also called LED grille screen, LED mesh screen, or media facade display) is a grid of LED strips mounted on a thin frame. Unlike a solid LED wall, the open grid lets wind blow through and daylight enter the building. This makes it ideal for wrapping around existing glass facades without adding structural load or blocking natural light. The OL-CT series uses DIP or SMD LEDs on a die-cast aluminum frame, available in P3.9, P6.25, P7.8, P10, P16, P20, P25, and P31 pixel pitch depending on viewing distance.
How it works
LED strips are mounted vertically on a die-cast aluminum frame. Cabinets measure 500×500mm (4.5 kg) or 1000×500mm (7.5 kg). They hang or bolt onto a vertical support grid fixed to the building facade. Each module slides out from the rear for service — technicians work from a gondola or maintenance platform. No glass removal is required; the screen mounts directly in front of existing windows.
