The patented technology introduces an innovative LED display system comprising a specially engineered mounting frame, independent power control units, and a modular assembly architecture that enables quick, precise, and secure installation of multiple LED panels. Key structural elements include transverse and longitudinal rods joined at 90-degree angles via a dual-surface connection block, offering both mechanical strength and installation flexibility.
A strategically positioned support pole and control box mounting mechanism adds to the system’s robustness while streamlining maintenance and cable management. Furthermore, the separation of power control boxes from display panels enhances system reliability, thermal management, and serviceability—making it ideal for demanding environments such as outdoor fixed installations, DOOH advertising, and digital signage networks.
